    Upon the satisfactory completion of IDES AAS and Current enrollment in IDES certificate, this on-the-job training will provide the interior design student with the opportunity to participate in an internship position within his/her determined area of interiors to strengthen skills in a real design environment on a NCIDQ pathway. They will establish goals and develop the understanding of CIDA and NCIDQ and prepare for the hours of work and test after. Prerequisite: Accepted into NCIDQ Certificate.

    1. Understand and Define what is required for each NCIDQ Examination Eligibility Path
    2. Create Work Verification Form for NCIDQ Pathway
    3. Create Qualified Work Experience Sheet
    4. Define what NCIDQ uses for each Design Project Phase and apply to past and current Internships.
    5. Work in an internship for 80 hours that is included in the NCIDQ Pathway.
